Paranet Solutions, LLC Names Monty Cook Executive Vice President of Business Development

Dallas, TX – October 17, 2008 – Paranet Solutions, LLC, a leading global provider of services and solutions for information security and storage, telecom, knowledge management and business process improvement, and strategic staffing resources, announced today the appointment of Monty Cook as Executive Vice President of Business Development. He will lead all business development strategies for Paranet, and will be responsible for identifying and driving growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships and alliances, sales performance optimization and team building.

Cook has more than twenty years of IT management experience, with extensive knowledge of sales, operations, marketing, and recruiting. His account management experience encompasses a diverse and broad sector of companies, which range in size from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. He developed his professional skills from the ground up, beginning his career as an account manager with NCR, and quickly achieving results that led to a succession of promotions and opportunities with ever increasing responsibilities. Monty is recognized as a sales leader and top producer who delivers measurable results. Monty has held senior management positions with Parson Consulting, BearingPoint, Sybase, and NCR.

He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Midwestern State University, and has completed a wide range of sales leadership courses from NCR, Miller Heiman, Acclivus and Bearing Point.
