Paranet implemented Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) within the entire corporate infrastructure to provide a management and reporting platform for IT support. We also implemented Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) across the corporate desktops to provide the desktop management team a global management tool.
Cadbury Schweppes
Paranet migrated the North/South American operations to a Sprint MPLS network. Paranet also helped separate the Adams Confections network form the Pfizer corporate network when Cadbury acquired Adams.
CenturyTel
Paranet performed a process and maturity assessment for their internal network operations group to help them find and correct service management issues. In addition, we migrated their WAN core routing protocol to enable them to provide better services to their regional offices across the US.
Culbro
Paranet provided a technology due diligence assessment for this private equity company prior to Culbro entering into a purchase agreement with the target company. We assessed the value and viability of the target companies internal technology along with the technology used to provide services to the target companies customers.
ExxonMobil
Paranet has been providing global firewall management services for this customer in Dallas since 2000. Past projects in Dallas and Houston have included desktop and server management along with multiple network management projects.
Freeman Companies
Paranet performed an enterprise wide infrastructure assessment project. The scope for this project included analyzing their existing IT infrastructure in headquarters facilities around DFW and in their 40 remote offices across the US and Canada.
Industry Service Corporation
Paranet designed and implemented an Internet facing portal with Sharepoint to help ISC deliver services to their customers. Because ISC was a new business, Paranet also designed and built internal and production infrastructure to support the business operations.
Parago
Paranet has been the primary provider of infrastructure services to this company since early 2000. We've provide numerous staff augmentation in networking and server support areas. In addition, we've completed numerous projects for them that have included moving the corporate IT facilities to a new building, performing IT security audits, providing an assessment of their development change management process, and implementing a new Email application.
Southwest Credit
Southwest Credit had been leasing their IT equipment and services from a local hosting facility and wanted to bring their IT infrastructure back in house. Paranet designed their new infrastructure from network through the server configuration and implemented this design at their corporate facility. Paranet migrated all services and data to the new infrastructure.
TI
Paranet has been helping TI with multiple areas of their infrastructure since 1993. We currently provide support to the network operations center (NOC) and provide network support for several Dallas sites.
