Alan Bratton

Alan Bratton
President and Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board of Directors

As President and CEO, Alan Bratton oversees the growth of the organization and provides the leadership and vision for the firm strategy. Throughout his career, Bratton has led organizations across multiple industries, including medical devices, commercial real estate, professional services, commercial printing and promotional products.

As co-founder and Managing Partner of Valeo Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm and lead investor in Paranet, Bratton led the acquisitions of Digital Reach, Abacus Technical Services and Knowledge Tranzfer to build Paranet’s current suite of solutions. Bratton’s executive leadership roles include serving as a CEO and President for Thoma Cressey Private Equity Portfolio Companies, Global DocuGraphix, Inc., Connectech and its successor, Hybrid, Inc., and as EVP for Decision Consultants Inc.

Previously in his career, Bratton held various management positions with Ciber, Inc.; Harry B. Lucas Company; and Johnson & Johnson. He holds a BBA in marketing and management from the University of Central Arkansas and currently serves on the boards of Paranet Solutions, Valeo Capital and the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment, Inc.

Bob Baggett

Bob Baggett
Chief Financial Officer

Bob Baggett, consulting CFO for Paranet, oversees the financial reporting aspects of company operations and is active in Paranet's™ strategic and corporate development initiatives. He has more than 20 years experience providing hands-on accounting and advisory services with an emphasis in private equity-backed enterprises including extensive “Big 4” accounting experience. Baggett is also a Managing Partner with Valeo Capital LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm and lead investor in Paranet™.

Baggett is active in civic and educational boards including the Plano Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Museum of Science and Nature, Plano ISD Education Foundation, and the Arts of Collin County Commission. He has served on numerous private-company boards including Tienahealth Medical Management and Sleep Healers of America and currently serves on the advisory board of Paranet™.

Baggett is a cum-laude graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Accounting, recently served on Texas Tech's Accounting Advisory Board and is a member of the Chancellor's Council.

Kris Lamberth

Kris Lamberth
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Kris Lamberth oversees the technological vision and network management strategies for Paranet. He also develops and maintains strategic relationships with partners such as Microsoft, Dell and VMware. Lamberth co-founded Digital Reach, an IT services provider, which was later acquired by Paranet.

Previously in his career, Lamberth spent 15 years designing, building, and managing networks and has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of scalable and automated enterprise-quality solutions. Lamberth specializes in equipping state-of-the-art data centers, identifying unrecognized security vulnerabilities, and designing security infrastructure plans to minimize risk.

Lamberth studied Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma, and currently holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification.

Steve Gunner

Steve Gunner
President, IT Resource Division

As president of the IT Resource division, Steve Gunner oversees the sales and recruitment team and the IT staffing group. For more than 25 years, Gunner has provided marketing, sales, customer service and IT resource solutions to companies all over the world, including with companies such as Data Dimension and Hestair Computer Group.

Gunner co-founded Knowledge Tranzfer, a leading provider of CRM solutions, which later acquired Abacus Technical Services, an IT resource firm. The combined company was then acquired by Paranet, as part of the IT resource division.

Previously in his career, he co-founded Force Five, an IT staffing company. Under his leadership, Force Five was recognized as one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in Dallas.

Norman Muttitt

Norman Muttitt
President, Knowledge Tranzfer

Norman Muttitt is President of Knowledge Tranzfer, a Paranet company. Muttitt is a seasoned IT and business veteran, with over thirty years experience in the global deployment and management of complex, enterprise-wide software applications.

Muttitt’s areas of expertise include the delivery of IT solutions to solve the problems of Manufacturing, Inventory/Order Management, Human Resources and Payroll and Customer Relationship Management. A recognized thought-leader in Marketing CRM, he leads Paranet’s CRM consulting division, with responsibility for operations and business development.

Prior to co-founding Knowledge Tranzfer in 1999, Muttitt served as an IT manager for a Fortune 5 Company and contributed to that company's transition to a Client/Server Architecture.

Doug Tassan

Doug Tassan
Vice President - Client Services

As VP of Client Services, Doug Tassan manages solutions delivery and client management operations for Paranet. Throughout his 25 year career, Tassan has held leadership positions ranging from business development manager to director of operations.

Previously in his career, Tassan served as a senior engineer managing large scale image processing systems for the defense contractor E-Systems. He led multiple systems integration projects with revenue exceeding 40 million and was responsible for the startup of a 5-year desktop management project while serving in the program manager role for EDS. Tassan managed network management outsourcing projects for large telecom and high tech manufacturing customers for Sprint in the role of Service Delivery manager.

Tassan holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Texas, a PMP certification, and a Master's certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Charlie Miller
Chairman of the Board

Charlie Miller is the Deputy Managing Partner of Patton Boggs LLP firm-wide and a member of the firm's Management Committee, as well as an ex-officio member of the firm's Executive Committee.  Patton Boggs LLP is an AmLaw 100 firm with offices in Dallas, Washington D.C., New York, New Jersey, Anchorage, Denver, Doha and Abu Dhabi.

Miller counsels financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, mezzanine and equity funds, and other institutional investors on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, structured and project financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructuring and reorganizations, and other complex business transactions.  Notably, he led the legal team in charge of Blue Wolf Capital Management LLC's acquisition of Montauk Energy Capital LLC, an acquisition which received Small Deal of the Year for 2006 from Buyouts magazine.

Miller has also served as counsel to the independent directors of numerous publicly-traded and private companies in connection with their restructuring, reorganization and recapitalization, and has advised investment banks in connection with fairness opinions for both public and private mergers and acquisitions..

Before joining the firm, Miller was an executive officer of a publicly-traded telecommunications company and founded and operated several other privately-held companies.  His experience in establishing and running businesses provides Miller with a distinct perspective on the challenges faced by businesses today.

Alan Bratton oversees a growing global organization and provides the leadership and vision that has created an environment where people at all levels can optimize performance.  He has demonstrated leadership expertise across multiple industries and markets, including medical devices, commercial real estate, IT professional services, eBusiness marketing and services, commercial printing and promotional products.  Bratton led Paranets acquisition of Digital ReachAbacus Technical Services and Knowledge Transfer.

Bratton served as an interim CEO for Thoma Cressey Equity Partners; as president and CEO of Global DocuGraphix, Inc. a $130 million distributor of print and promotional products; as president and CEO of Connectech and its successor, Hybrid, Inc., an eBusiness marketing solutions and software services company; and EVP of Decision Consultants Inc., a national IT professional services firm.

Bratton has also held various management positions with Ciber, Inc.; Harry B. Lucas Company; and Johnson & Johnson. He currently serves on the boards of Paranet Solutions, Valeo Capital and the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment, Inc. He earned a BBA degree in marketing and management from the University of Central Arkansas.

Jessie Mann

Jessie Mann has an extensive background in high-technology products, solutions and system development and deployment as well real estate. He co-founded Vital Solutions, and Vivare Inc. He was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of Paranet Solutions from Sprint. He also manages several commercial real estate partnerships with income properties and commercial land development. Jessie also successfully led consulting teams at Sybase, Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T Bell Labs. He earned a BS and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas in San Antonio.

Rohit Mehrotra

Rohit Mehrotra is a highly experienced executive recognized for his ability to turn simple ideas into high growth businesses that bring exceptional value to stakeholders. His background includes more than 20 years in key leadership and operations position within software and technology service companies.

Mehrotra co-founded Vital Solutions, and Vivare Inc., and was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of Paranet Solutions from Sprint and subsequent sale to Valeo Capital. Prior to starting Vital Solutions, he led the Advanced Services Group for Sybase. Mehrotra is currently involved in advising business entrepreneurs and providing angel investing to start-up companies.

Mehrotra earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-R, and M.S in Computer Science from University of Alabama.

David Truetzel

David Truetzel is an accomplished transaction processing operator and private equity investor, as well as a former Investment Banker.  As a Founder and General Partner of Hela Capital Partners, LLC, Hela acquired a 12% interest in Kanbay, a US based, India staffed, IT services provider for the financial services industry in 2003.  Truetzel was the CFO of Paymentech, a private credit-card processing company. Paymentech was the third largest credit-card processing company in the United States.  In addition to other private equity experience as a Managing Director of Gryphon Holdings II, Truetzel was an Investment Banker at A.G. Edwards for ten years, where he advised on over seventy transactions, with a combined transaction value of over $4 billion.  Truetzel is a former C.P.A. and has an MBA from Wharton.  Also, Truetzel is on the Board of Clearent.
