As CEO, Kris Lamberth oversees vision and management strategies for Paranet. He also develops and maintains strategic relationships with partners and key vendors. Lamberth co-founded Digital Reach, an IT services provider with a security focus, which was later acquired by Paranet.
Earlier in his career, Lamberth spent 15 years designing, building, and managing secure networks, and he has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of scalable and automated enterprise-quality solutions. He has performed numerous security assessments; conducted exhaustive anti-virus, anti-spyware, Virtual Machine, and IPS research; and responded to computer attacks for clients in healthcare, financial, high-tech, and other industries.
Lamberth specializes in equipping state-of-the-art data centers, identifying unrecognized security vulnerabilities, and designing security infrastructure plans to minimize risk. Lamberth studied Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma and currently holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification.
Charles P. Miller is a Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC. He serves on the board of directors of Blue Wolf's portfolio companies American Builders Supply Inc. and Snappy Air Distribution Products and is Chairman of the board of directors of Pharmaceutical Strategies Group LLC and Suwannee Lumber Co.
Miller was previously an equity partner at Patton Boggs LLP, where he served as the Deputy Managing Partner firm-wide and as an ex-officio member of the firm's Executive Committee from 2007-2010. From 2004-2007, he served as Chairman of the Business Department of the firm, and from 2001-2004, he served as the Managing Partner of the firm's Dallas office.
As an attorney, Miller counseled private equity funds, financial institutions, hedge funds, mezzanine and equity funds, and other institutional investors on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, structured and project financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructuring and reorganizations, and other complex business transactions.
Miller received his B.A., cum laude, from West Virginia University in 1983 and his J.D., Order of the Coif, from West Virginia University College of Law in 1986.
Jessie Mann has an extensive background in high-technology products, solutions, and system development and deployment as well real estate. He co-founded Vital Solutions, and Vivare Inc. and was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of Paranet Solutions from Sprint. He also manages several commercial real estate partnerships with income properties and commercial land development. Mann successfully led consulting teams at Sybase, Digital Equipment Corporation, and AT&T Bell Labs.
He earned a BS and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas in San Antonio.
Rohit Mehrotra is a highly experienced executive recognized for his ability to turn simple ideas into high growth businesses that bring exceptional value to stakeholders. His background includes more than 20 years in key leadership and operations positions within software and technology service companies.
Mehrotra co-founded Vital Solutions and Vivare Inc. and was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of Paranet Solutions from Sprint and the subsequent sale to Valeo Capital. Prior to starting Vital Solutions, he led the Advanced Services Group for Sybase. Mehrotra is currently involved in advising business entrepreneurs and providing angel investing to start-up companies.
Mehrotra earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-R and an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.
Ralph is the Managing Partner of Stow-Miller Holdings, LP, a Texas-based, captive private investment firm. For more than 25 years, Ralph has been active in value-creation across a variety of industries and platform companies as an operating executive, intermediary, investor, and executive advisor.
Previously, Mr. Stow founded, operated, and sold several professional services companies, including a C-level retained executive search firm and a software application provider. Prior, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ERIKS Corporation, the North and South American subsidiary of ERIKS, NV, a Dutch-owned global distribution corporation. Prior to ERIKS, he held various Vice President-level positions in Finance, Distribution, Business Development, and Operations at Aviall, Inc., a global distributor of aircraft parts and engine overhaul services, now part of Boeing. Mr. Stow began his post-graduate career as a Management Consultant with CSC Consulting (CSC/INDEX), Price Waterhouse, and Paragon Consulting Group, a boutique management-consulting firm formed by a number of senior partners from Booz-Allen & Hamilton.
Neal Meissner is the President of Meissner Capital Partners, an independent investment management company. He is also Treasurer and member of the board of Brainchild, Inc.
Meissner is a 35-year veteran of the mortgage finance business. He was a co-founder of Sebring Capital Partners, a wholesale mortgage banking company, and he also worked with Capstead, Inc., GE Capital, and Foremost Guaranty.
Meissner has a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1979).
