Intro to IT Due Diligence [eBook]
A key contributor to acquisition risk is overlooking information technology infrastructure and security issues, which often leads to unanticipated IT spend and possible regulatory compliance issues. According to Crilly's Due Diligence Handbook, Due Diligence is "a process whereby an individual, or an organization, seeks sufficient information about a business entity to reach an informed judgment as to its value for a specific purpose."
While that may be accurate, it isn't necessarily helpful. That's why we’ve put together a resource for those performing Acquisition IT Due Diligence, Merger IT Due Diligence, or just plain internal IT Due Diligence. Fittingly, the eBook is titled “Intro to IT Due Diligence” and we hope you find it useful.
