Alan Bratton
President and CEO, member of the Board of Directors
Alan has demonstrated expertise across multiple industries and
markets, including medical devices, commercial real estate, IT
professional services, eBusiness marketing and services,
commercial printing and promotional products. He served as an
interim CEO for Thoma Cressey Equity Partners; as president and
CEO of Global DocuGraphix, Inc. a $130 million distributor of
print and promotional products; as president and CEO of
Connectech and its successor, Hybrid, Inc., an eBusiness
marketing solutions and software services company; and EVP of
Decision Consultants Inc., a national IT professional services
firm. Alan has also held various management positions with Ciber,
Inc.; Harry B. Lucas Company; Miraplast, Inc.; and Johnson &
Johnson. He currently serves on the boards of Paranet Solutions,
Valeo Capital and the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment, Inc. He
earned a BBA degree in marketing and management from the
University of Central Arkansas.
Bob Baggett
CFO
Bob leads the financial and fiscal management aspects of
company operations and is active in Paranet’s strategic and
corporate development initiatives. Most recently, Bob was
Chairman and a co-founder of KBA Group LLP, one of the largest
locally-based CPA firms in North Texas. He has over 20 years of
providing hands-on accounting and advisory services with an
emphasis in private equity-backed enterprises including
extensive “Big 4” accounting experience. Bob is also a Managing
Partner with Valeo Capital LLC, a Dallas-based private equity
firm and lead investor in Paranet.
Bob is active in civic and educational
boards including the Plano Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Museum of
Science and Nature, Plano ISD Education Foundation, and Star
Children’s Charity. He has served on numerous private-company
boards including Tienahealth Medical Management and Sleep
Healers of America and currently serves on the advisory board of
Paranet.
Bob is a cum-laude graduate of Texas
Tech University with a BBA in Accounting, recently served on
Texas Tech’s Accounting Advisory Board and is a member of the
Chancellor’s Council.
Doug Tassan
Vice President - Client Services
Doug manages sales, recruiting, delivery, administration and
marketing. He last served as Service Delivery Manager with
Sprint, prior to the spinoff of the Sprint Paranet unit. Before
Sprint he was directly responsible for the startup and
operations of a corporate five-year desktop management program
at EDS. He also led the operations of an EDS organization with
$40 million in annual revenue.
A trained software engineer, he has held
leadership positions that have included Director of Operations
and Service Delivery, Program Manager and Business Development
Manager.
Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science from the University of Texas and holds a PMP
certification and Master’s certificate in Project Management
from George Washington University.
Bruce
Steele
Vice President
Bruce leads all business development strategies and is
responsible for customer relationship development and sales team
performance.
Bruce served in a number for leadership
roles at ePartners and as a vice president at a major systems
integration and consulting firm, where he led an eCommerce
practice serving several large companies. He also managed a
large ERP practice and served in engineering, quality and
operations management positions and was an operations manager
for a mid-market electronics plant. He was responsible for
successfully implementing an ISO approved quality system at
several facilities.
Bruce earned a Bachelors
Degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a
Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at
Arlington.

Ralph Stow
Chairman of the Board
A senior operating executive with more than 20 years of
business experience, Ralph is also President and CEO of
Regenesis, a group of real estate investment, development and
contracting companies in Plano, Texas. Additionally, he serves
as Chairman and CEO of Stow-Away Ventures, Inc., an e-commerce
apparel distribution company.
Ralph founded several privately-held
professional services companies based in Dallas, and was
President and Chief Executive Officer of ERIKS Corporation, the
North and South American subsidiary company of a publicly
traded, Dutch-owned, global distribution corporation. Prior to
ERIKS he held various Vice President-level positions in finance,
integrated distribution, business development and reengineering
at Aviall, Inc., the billion-dollar, NYSE-listed distributor of
aircraft parts.
Previously a management consultant for
CSC Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Paragon Consulting Group,
his consulting expertise is in operations and business strategy.
He currently serves on the Board of
Directors of Saxa, Inc., a commercial real estate development
company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the
University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of
Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston
State University.

Jessie Mann
Jessie has an extensive background in high-tech and
real estate. He co-founded Vital Solutions, and Vivare Inc. He
was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of Paranet
Solutions from Sprint. He also manages several commercial real
estate partnerships with income properties and commercial land
development.
Jessie also successfully led consulting
teams at Sybase, Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T Bell
Labs.
He earned a BS and an MS in computer
science from the University of Texas in San Antonio
Allan H.
Duncan
Allan is a Managing Director and founder of Rockwood Companies
LP, a Dallas-based financial advisory firm. Since its inception
in 1983, Rockwood has provided strategy, merger and acquisition
and restructuring assistance to transaction-oriented clients
located primarily in the Southwest.
He is a co-founding organizer and
Director of Highlands Bancshares, Inc. a bank holding company
headquartered in Dallas, TX. Allan earned a BSBA, summa cum
laude, from the University of Arkansas and an MPA in income
taxation from the University of Texas at Austin.
Rohit
Mehrotra
Rohit is a highly experienced executive recognized for his
ability to turn simple ideas into high growth businesses
that bring exceptional value to stakeholders. His background
includes more than 20 years in key leadership and operations
position within software and technology service companies.
Rohit co-founded Vital Solutions, and
Vivare Inc and was instrumental in the strategic acquisition of
Paranet Solutions from Sprint and subsequent sale to Valeo
Capital. Prior to starting Vital Solutions, he led the Advanced
Services Group for Sybase. Rohit is currently involved in
advising business entrepreneurs and providing angel investing to
start-up companies.
Rohit earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
IIT-R, and M.S in Computer Science from University of Alabama.
